Ahvillo provides checkout and payment facilitation technology that enables merchants and businesses to accept payments and manage online transactions through supported payment providers and integrations.

By using Ahvillo, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.
You agree to immediately notify Ahvillo of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach affecting your account.
Ahvillo utilizes Razorpay and other supported payment service providers for payment processing. Ahvillo does not directly store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV details, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or wallet credentials.
Payment transactions are subject to the terms, policies, and operational requirements of the respective payment providers.

Certain features of Ahvillo may require payment of subscription fees, transaction fees, or other charges.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated by Ahvillo.
We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
Ahvillo may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.
All software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, content, and technology associated with Ahvillo remain the exclusive property of Ahvillo and its licensors.
No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Ahvillo, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.
Ahvillo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a risk to the platform or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahvillo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
Ahvillo is a technology platform and is not responsible for payment failures, banking network outages, payment gateway downtime, chargebacks, or disputes arising between merchants and customers.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahvillo, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Ahvillo may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page along with the revised effective date.
