Ahvillo provides checkout and payment facilitation technology for merchants and businesses. Ahvillo is a software platform and is not the seller of products or services offered by merchants using our platform.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all subscription fees, setup fees, platform fees, and service charges paid to Ahvillo are non-refundable.
Once a subscription period has started, refunds will not be provided for unused time, partial usage, account inactivity, or voluntary cancellation.
Ahvillo does not sell products or services directly to customers. Any refund requests related to purchases made through a merchant's checkout page must be directed to the respective merchant.
The merchant is solely responsible for determining refund eligibility, processing refunds, handling customer disputes, and complying with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds processed through payment gateways such as Razorpay may be subject to payment gateway policies and applicable processing charges.
Any gateway fees, transaction fees, banking charges, or third-party processing fees deducted by payment providers may not be refundable.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly by Ahvillo for a platform subscription or service fee, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
After reviewing the matter, Ahvillo may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit where appropriate.
Termination, suspension, or closure of an account does not automatically entitle a user to any refund of previously paid fees.
Ahvillo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
